Refund policy

Defective or Incorrect Products
If anything is wrong, we will of course help you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order if the product is damaged, the print is incorrect, you received the wrong variant, or the delivery is missing parts.
Send an email to info@rockyprints.se with your order number, a description of the issue, and pictures of the product and packaging. If the error is on our part, we will replace the product.

Cancellation
Since production begins quickly, it is not possible to guarantee cancellation or modification of the order after purchase. Once production has started, no changes or cancellations can be made.

Return of Personalized Products
All our products are made to order and personalized according to the customer's specifications (e.g., names, colours, and illustrations). Therefore, we do not normally offer returns or exchanges on personalized products, in accordance with the exception in current consumer legislation for custom-made goods. By completing a purchase, you agree that the product is specifically made for you.

Right of Withdrawal (EU)
In accordance with EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are produced based on the customer's specific wishes. Therefore, personalized products are normally not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Refund
Refunds are issued for approved claims, incorrect deliveries, or if cancellation occurs within the specified time frame. Approved refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase within 10 working days.
