2. Prices & VAT

All prices are displayed including VAT. No hidden fees apply. Free shipping is offered on all orders.

3. Orders

An order becomes binding once you have completed the purchase at checkout and received an order confirmation via email.

4. Production & delivery

All products are made to order.
The normal delivery time is 5-7 business days.
Delivery is provided with free tracked shipping.

5. Cancellation & changes

You may cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of completing the purchase.

6. Returns & complaints

Personalized products are normally not subject to the right of withdrawal or return, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products are covered by the right of complaint and will be replaced or refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Right of withdrawal (non-personalized products)

For products that are not personalized, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer legislation. The product must be unused and in its original condition.

8. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Klarna, card, or other available payment methods.

9. Personal data

We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. The information is used solely to complete and administer your order.

10. Force majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
