2. Prices and VAT
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes. No hidden fees apply. Free shipping with tracking is included on all orders.
3. Orders
An order becomes binding once the purchase has been completed at checkout and an order confirmation has been sent to the provided email address.
4. Production and Delivery
All products are made to order.
The normal delivery time is 5–7 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Orders are shipped with free tracked delivery.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Orders may be cancelled or changed within 2 hours of purchase. After this time, production will begin.
6. Returns and Complaints
Personalised products are exempt from the right of withdrawal and returns, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws for custom-made items.
If a product is damaged, defective, or does not match the order, the right to complain applies. Upon approved complaint, a replacement product will be provided or a refund offered in accordance with applicable law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Non-personalised Products)
For products that are not personalised, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with EU consumer law. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
8. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments, Klarna, card, or other available payment methods. Payment is reserved or charged according to the selected payment option.
9. Personal Data
We process personal data in accordance with GDPR. Information is used solely to manage your order and provide customer support.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall primarily be resolved amicably and may otherwise be submitted to a competent court in Sweden.
